About this event

Reformer Foundations is intended for clients new to Pilates to become familiarized with the reformer machine and to learn safe and effective operation of the equipment to prepare for our regular group class setting. In addition students will learn the basics of the Pilates technique, as well as ideal movement patterns and body mechanics. *Clients new to reformer must attend at least one Foundations Class prior to regular group reformer participation to ensure client safety and effective use of the reformer.
