7th Annual Sweaty Yeti Turkey Trot Join Retrofit Athletics Community Foundation for the 7th Annual Sweaty Yeti Turkey Trot in Spirit Lake, Idaho!

Start your Thanksgiving Day with a fun, healthy event for the whole family. The race begins on Main Street in Spirit Lake and features both a 5K and 10K option for those looking to log a few extra miles before the holiday feast.

Whether you're a runner, walker, stroller-pusher, or bringing your furry friend along, everyone is welcome!

Race Shirts Register by November 15th to guarantee your event shirt on race day.

Participants who register after November 15th will still receive a shirt, but it will be distributed at a later date.

Virtual Participants Participating virtually? If you're unable to pick up your shirt at Retrofit Athletics, we can ship it to you for an additional $5 shipping fee.

Kids Run Free Children 12 and under run free when accompanied by a paid adult participant.

Please note: Free participants do not receive an event shirt. Children who would like a shirt must be registered as a paid participant.

Supporting Our Community This year, all net proceeds from the event will benefit Cup of Grace, a local nonprofit organization serving the Spirit Lake community.
