ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • Idaho Fish & Game killed three wolves last weekend in Unit 4 near Montana in an effort to help elk numbers recover. Officials say the move is part of a state plan to reduce wolves as elk harvest has more than halved in 15 years.  The Spokesman-Review

  • Coeur d'Alene High School senior Shayla Tyler participated in a six-week Idaho Senate Page Program that ended on Feb. 20.
