  • Raising Cane’s opened its doors at 163 W. Neider Avenue Tuesday morning and greeted customers with gifts + free coupons. The restaurant donated $1,000 to the EXCEL Foundation and hired 135 employees as it begins serving made-to-order chicken fingers daily until 1 a.m.  Coeur d'Alene Press

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • On March 3, Western Rivers Conservancy transferred 585 acres along the St. Joe River to the U.S. Forest Service. The move protects habitat for native species — offers public access for boating, hiking, fishing, and birdwatching.  Coeur d'Alene Press
