- ➤ Tess Reasor, a mobile crisis responder, Region 1 representative on the Idaho State Behavioral Health Planning Council, and founder of 208 Recovery North, was honored as Hometown Hero on Thursday in Coeur d’Alene and received a $1,000 check from TDS Fiber. CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Today, the Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center in Post Falls opened the 'Strut Your Stuff' art exhibit with a free reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m.—attendees can view work by 16 local artists and enjoy refreshments. - ➤ An 86-year-old Coeur d'Alene resident named Jim Korver said vehicles are speeding at about 40 mph on Seventh Street, which is marked for 25 mph and lacks stop signs and crosswalks—raising serious safety concerns for his grandchildren.
