The Coeur d'Alene Regional Realtors report showed that the median price for a single-family home in Kootenai County through March was $546,035—a rise of 8% from last year—with 488 homes sold, 885 listings, and homes spending 106 days on the market.
In Shoshone County, the median home price was $288,000—a 7.1% increase—with 30 homes sold, 102 active listings, and homes on the market for 120 days.
