COMMUNITY NEWS

CRIME NEWS

  • Blake J. • Kristine Meyer, chair of the Friends of KSPS board, urged Congress today to maintain federal funding for public broadcasting because its $1.60 per American investment supports public safety alerts, emergency communications and education in rural areas of Eastern Washington, North Idaho and parts of Montana + her remarks follow Congress's approval of public media funding in the final fiscal year 2025 budget.  The Spokesman-Review
