- ➤ A federal judge on Tuesday extended a preliminary injunction that stops Idaho from enforcing two new immigration crimes—illegal entry and illegal reentry—as the ACLU of Idaho argued the law violates due process and federal law; the law was signed by Governor Brad Little on March 27 and took effect immediately.
