Tondu admitted to sexually assaulting and photographing a sleeping woman and pleaded guilty to video voyeurism and sexual battery; a judge in a recent rider review hearing declined probation—requiring him to serve the remainder of his consecutive sentence with parole eligibility after four years—after he completed a prison treatment program.
