Sixty Resort staffers planted 40,000 geraniums around The Resort and Hagadone properties Tuesday morning, competing for a trophy as part of a long-held tradition honoring founder Duane Hagadone.

A LendingTree study found that Idaho’s roads worsened 70% from 2019 to 2024, with poor-condition miles rising from 3.5% to 5.9% & one in every 17 surveyed miles rated poor even though the state fares better than a national average of 8.9%.

City on a Hill Behavioral Health Center in Coeur d'Alene received a Kiwanis grant to purchase the IVA-2 tool so ADHD testing for children ages 7-18 is now offered at $500 & appointments are available Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Typical evaluations cost $800 to $2,000.

On Tuesday morning, Special Olympics athletes and law enforcement ran together on Grassland Avenue in Post Falls—raising awareness ahead of Special Olympics USA in Minneapolis, scheduled from June 21 to 26.
