- ➤ Kootenai County voters will decide the new Community Library Network trustee seat on May 20, choosing between former communications director Victoria Bauman and ex-Post Falls School Board trustee Michelle Lippert. Lippert plans to restore parental rights and library hours while Bauman supports current measures to protect children from harmful materials — the outcome will impact library policies moving forward.
