Hundreds attended Pride in the Park at Coeur d'Alene City Park on Saturday as music, dancing and community booths celebrated acceptance and unity.

Damon Earin, a lifelong Chiefs fan and fifth-generation citizen, received an autographed football from Patrick Mahomes on Thursday given by Dale and Kelly Nosworthy to boost his fight against stage 4 colorectal cancer.
He plans to add the signed ball to his memorabilia and attend a Chiefs game soon.
Sandra Weber underwent a new thumb implant procedure at Northwest Specialty Hospital in Liberty Lake Friday to relieve arthritis pain and resume activities such as pickleball.
Dr. Turner said the prosthesis, a European design used for faster recovery, may help patients enjoy improved thumb function & reduced pain.
