Spirit Lake Police asked the public for help identifying the driver of a red Dodge Ram Dually with a custom eagle design that hit a city light pole between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 7 — a video shows the truck backing into the pole on Maine Street before driving away and parking.
