Law enforcement and community members gathered Wednesday morning to rededicate the restored memorial garden behind the Idaho Transportation Department facility, honoring fallen trooper Linda Huff who was fatally shot 28 years ago; Scouting America Troop No. 222 led the restoration with support from local businesses.
