Bayview has named longtime fireworks artist Kevin Elmore as grand marshal for the Fourth of July celebration, which starts at 11 a.m. Saturday and culminates with a 10 p.m. fireworks show featuring 250 salute fireworks to honor the nation and his nearly 60 years of service to the community.
Coeur d'Alene will host one of North Idaho’s largest Fourth of July celebrations this Saturday as Lake Coeur d’Alene serves as the backdrop for a fireworks display starting between 9:30 and 10 p.m. The 20-minute show features over 2,000 aerial effects and a 24-inch shell launched from a dedicated barge.
Wallace Brewing Co. announced that its signature Redlight Irish Red Ale (5% ABV) took home a gold medal from the 31st Annual Mountain Brewers Beer Fest last month in Idaho Falls; the award adds to the brewery’s long list of honors and highlights its 19-year-old recipe that remains unchanged.
Riverstone Park will host free concerts every Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. with local and regional artists performing on dates from July 9 to Aug.
