Local Hayden bodybuilder Eric Hess released his memoir '56,000 Pounds' recounting his comeback from a 1994 dump truck accident and his steadfast gym routine.
At 54, he works out six to seven days a week (battling arthritis and using a prosthetic hip) to inspire others with his recovery story.
