On Thursday, the Idaho School Benefit Trust notified over 100 school districts (including Lake Pend Oreille and West Bonner County) that they must cover a $13 million shortfall by choosing a lump sum or monthly payment plan due by Sept.
10 or Sept. 30. More information is expected soon.
