A two-mile section of Centennial Trail, starting at Pleasantview Road and heading east toward Spokane Street, will be closed for construction from Sept.

23 to Oct. 14 to replace the worn asphalt, a project funded by Kootenai County, Coeur d’Alene and local groups.
