- ➤ A petition has been launched to pause demolition of the old Museum of North Idaho home at 115 Northwest Blvd.—supporters want the 4,000-square-foot building to be repurposed as a nonprofit children’s museum if the City Council reviews a plan before the planned March takedown. - ➤ Two bald eagles took flight in Sagle Tuesday after months of care at Birds of Prey Northwest, where an adult with a wing fracture and a juvenile that jumped from its nest during the summer were helped to regain flight.
