A local resident who just turned 63 asked doctors why she is experiencing more episodes of dry mouth, a common issue that happens when salivary glands do not produce enough saliva.

Doctors explained that the condition, which can be worsened by medications and health conditions, can be managed by staying hydrated and eating water-rich foods.
