🌲 Environment
The Parks and Fire Departments are working with Kootenai County and the Idaho Department of Lands to conduct a prescribed burn on Tubbs Hill scheduled for early November.
Crews will also burn vegetation piles in two smaller units—a 2.8-acre area in Cancourse Nature Park and nearly one acre adjacent to the previous Canfield work.

Today, the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB World Series and MLS playoffs all have games underway while college football gave local fans a boost when Idaho snapped its losing streak—Portland State played a part in the win.
