On Wednesday, the Design Review Commission approved the 304 Lofts, a 10-unit apartment building on a .13-acre lot at Third Street and Wallace Avenue, and King Chinook will supply nine parking spots in a lower-level garage while paying $10,000 for each of the four extra spots—moving the project forward after years of neglect.
